Everything you need to know about leasing, delivery, maintenance, and support.
You choose a hot tub model, and we handle delivery and setup. You pay a predictable monthly fee that covers delivery and, depending on your plan, ongoing maintenance for the length of your lease.
Seasonal Leasing: Good if you only want a hot tub for part of the year — no long-term commitment and no responsibility for winterizing or storing the equipment yourself.
Lease-to-Own Path: A 24 to 60 month plan where a portion of each payment builds toward ownership, so the hot tub becomes fully yours once the term is paid off.
You choose your term length. Lease-to-Own plans range from 24 to 60 months, so you can pick whatever fits your budget.
You're responsible for a level, stable surface before delivery. Acceptable options include:
Most hot tubs need a dedicated 240V line with an outdoor GFCI breaker. This has to be installed and certified by a licensed electrician before our delivery team arrives.
Our team handles the heavy lifting, positions the tub in your backyard, levels it, installs steps and the cover, and does an initial water balancing check.
If you've added a maintenance plan, our technicians handle system checks and parts coverage. You're expected to keep the tub reasonably clean and check the water level weekly.
Report any errors, warnings, or leaks to CanaBound Spa Club right away. Normal wear and tear is covered under warranty. Damage from clear negligence — like leaving the tub unpowered through freezing temperatures, or chemical burns from improper use — is the customer's responsibility.
Since we retain ownership of the hot tub during your lease, we inspect it once a year to check plumbing, heater safety, and pumps, and to keep it in good working condition.
Selling your home doesn't end your lease automatically — contact us before closing. Your options are an early buyout, transferring the lease to the new homeowner (subject to a credit check), or arranging for us to pick up the hot tub.
Yes. For an early buyout, we'll put together a written payoff amount based on what's left on your lease. Ending the lease early without a buyout requires our written approval and may include processing and pickup costs.
